“INFIORE”
INFIORE means to be “in bloom” and to blossom. This collection is meant to symbolize the ZOFF Bride’s moment of fantasy, of blossoming into the woman who she is. Through looking at the summer festival of “Infiorata” in Medieval towns in central and southern Italy, the notion of creating art with flowers is precious to me. I recall moments of a visit to my Nonna and Nonno’s hometown: the fresh lavendar and rosemary in the air, vast hills covered in olive trees, and the warmth from the sun and my cugi (cousins).
